It's unhealthy to be sitting for 8+ hours a day. It's bad for the body and mind. My students and I are both feeling the effects. In our Math and Engineering Classroom, we used to be able to move around much more, but with COVID, we've been restricted to our desks. Additionally, because of the computer monitors and size of the room, it's also difficult for me to see my students while sitting (see classroom picture). Help us be healthier and more active physically and mentally, we really appreciate it! For the time being, we are going to try for just the teacher's desk.
