Students will often feel bored, disinterested and disengaged when instructional methods become mundane and the same old same old. By donating this laptop, I will be able to continue offering them exciting and engaging projects that are interactive and designed to develop their computer skills,. An example, Applied Digital Learning Website, provides hands on interactive learning as the student receives tutorials on all topics such as creating a study schedule to meet their goals spread sheet, developing a resume and creating a Google Slides presentation I feel hands on learning is an extremely valuable experience as it gives the learner the ability to own their successes. Being able think critically, analyze and problem solve on their own will carry on as they transition from high school.
