Our students thrive with hands on learning. The supplies would help us by making connections to the real world, understanding life cycles, and using natural materials to learn. The supplies are able to be used teaching virtually as well as in person. My students in particular are interested in using natural materials in the classroom and adding butterflies to the collection would make it feel complete. Being an urban center, there aren't many opportunities for my students to get their hands dirty and really study nature. I feel it would be an incredible experiment for them to be involved in.
