Our class is attending school five days in person in NYC. This group of students has hardly experienced what school should be like considering they range from 4-6 years old. I'd like to supply our class with classic books, sensory activities and tactile objects to help them learn. Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder especially need sensory activities and manipulatives to learn efficiently. I'm excited for them to explore new textures and use their creativity while learning shapes, colors and numbers. Each day we will have a book exploration time to check out some of the classics.
