The products that I have chosen will provide students and calming, safe and inviting place to sit and spend some much needed time. Bright colors can sometimes be distracting and overwhelming. In Kindergarten, providing students with an inviting classroom will help them focus more on their social, emotional and academic learning. Starting something new can be scary, but if the classroom feels like a place they want to be in, then their focus can be on the learning environment. My classroom will be decorated with light colors and a natural feel. This extra space for them will be added bonus and also used for when a child needs it the most.
