This will help students focus during lessons if they have a wobble seat. Many struggle with not getting enough movement and a seat like the wobble stool would help students to focus and to build their core strength while being seated in class. Flexible seating will help several students in each of my classes to focus without distracting others. It will also help build core strength in students that are not active outside of school. This will have a positive impact on learning outcomes. My students take a lot of notes, which makes it difficult for some to stay focused. Giving them a healthy outlet for regular movement will help them remain on task.
