Each one of my students brings a unique experience and world view to the speech room. They love to tell me stories about what they eat, who they spend their time with, and their favorite places to go. In return, I'd like to be able to offer them materials that are as vibrating and engaging as their stories. Some of my students request homework in order to practice their skills at home. With a printer, I'd be able to prep that for them and give them access to materials at home. As a special education provider I'm also constantly writing IEPs that are shared with the parents. A printer in my room would take the hassle out of having to print in another location.
