A healthy mind starts with a healthy body. Recess is a time for students to stretch and work their bodies, exert their energy in a healthy and positive way and to help them focus when they get back into the classroom. If students aren't engaged during recess, they aren't engaged during lessons later in the day. These materials will help my students to find engaging materials to use for indoor and outdoor recess that will help them move their bodies, make friends, and help with their developing gross motor skills.

About my class
