These items allow my students to do at least an additional 30 workouts without having to share equipment. With today's regulations of constant cleaning in the weight room, these items will allow the students to get more exercises done in a class period without having to share any of them with someone else. The more exercise they can get in during a class the more confidence they gain, the more confidence they gain the stronger physically, emotionally, and mentally these students become as students. I hope this project can help mold these students into strong adults for our community.

About my class
