We currently have earbuds. They do not work good for 1st grade students. They tangle easily and break easily. Ear buds also do not fit in their little ears very well. They are always falling out. We use technology a lot in class. It would be a great benefit for students to have headphones instead. No easily breaking, less tangles, better fit and better quality of sound. I have even had students say that the earbuds hurt their ears. They are getting better with technology and learning new things every day. They love computer time.
