I have one of these stools that I was given by a fellow teacher. This stool is used for helping my special education and ADHD students to stay focused during lessons. I have engaging lessons but with COVID regulations my students are forced to stay in their seats throughout the whole day. It’s hard for my students to stay in their seats throughout the lesson, these stools would allow them to wiggle and move and still stay in their spot. These stools help students as they listen to instruction or do independent work without distracting the rest of the class by moving around throughout the classroom. These stools allow student to wiggle, to rock back and forth and to move from side to side, while they are still working. The one stool I have has made an immersive impact on my students but more of my students need these stools and I’d ove to provide it for them.
