As students head home for the holidays, we encourage them to take the time to relax their brains and recharge for the new semester. With that said, we know that most of their supplies have been put into good use and they could use some new colored pencils, pencil sharpener, crayons, and glue sticks this coming new year. Refilling their school boxes will give them the opportunity to take on any activity without having to worry about not having a glue stick or coloring pencils. We use these tools on a daily basis by creating personal and attractive interactive notebooks and anchor charts, color coding strategies in word problem-solving, and creating art crafts that soothes our mind and soul! It really does make a huge difference when students can use these basic school supplies to complete their work!
