Reading is the best gift that our scholars are blessed with because reading is fundamental. With that being said, I would like to be able to help my scholars to be able to read at least 15 -20 minutes a day in my class and also at home because they will be able to check out books from our class library. My scholars are a set of students that are striving to master the skill of learning how to read and write better before entering into the first grade. In Social Studies they can use the globe and the map to locate and identify places and cultures. The globes will be used in the classroom during our Social Studies block. This will be great for hands on activities in the class when we have to identify parts of the map, bodies of water and also places.
