A classroom printer will allow students, who work primarily on Chromebooks this year, print materials for specific assignments. For instance, it would be great to have students print the rough draft of an essay and then make editing suggestions and improvements on the physical copy. Students would also be able to turn in print copies of assignments or print materials (free stories/books/etc.) to take home for offline viewing. FInally, a classroom printer would allow the teacher to print materials immediately when needed rather than having to wait for conference period or after school.
