In the current climate it is imperative to support our students socially and academically as they stay safe at home. Providing high quality instruction while students are learning from home and through a hybrid model can be supported through the use of two monitors-one to present the content and one to engage with the students. A stand up desk will allow me to move seamlessly from the in person group to the remote learning group when we go to a hybrid model of instruction. The use of two monitors will allow the students to see the materials that are projected from one screen and allow them to engage with me as I model reading behaviors from the other. The ability to see the materials as well as teacher modeling is very important for early reading development in children aged 5-8. Please help support the reading development of my awesome students as they learn from home.
