As I teach African American Studies, Advanced Placement Government and Politics, and Civics to 9th thru 12th grade level students of varying races and ethnic backgrounds (African Americans, Caucasian Americans, and Hispanic/Latino Americans) during this 2020-2021 school year, I have a desire to provide the most relevant and practical learning experiences as possible. Through your help, I will able to secure "tried and true" resources my educational colleagues created and found to be successful in meeting the needs of students of similar backgrounds as my students. Resources provided by teacher professionals of the Teachers Pay Teachers site will assist me in meeting these needs of all of my students of all backgrounds while aiding in exemplary yet practical instruction for students both at home and at school in our now hybrid society.
