Third and especially fourth grade students have multi step math problems that involve multiplying multiple numbers and dividing. These kids know what steps they need to do to complete their math problems, but due to their learning disabilities they are not able to memorize all their multiplication facts. Not knowing these facts can lead to frustration and giving up, but calculators will enable them to successfully complete their math and put their focus on what steps are required to solve the problems, instead of stressing over not knowing a multiplication fact.

About my class
