Children today are dealing with so many issues related to trauma, anxiety and social/emotional struggles. These materials will assist me in providing my students, in both the classroom and in individual sessions, the tools they need to effectively express their emotions during these difficult times. I believe using both bibliotherapy and play therapy help children to gain insight into their personal challenges as well as develop coping strategies to address these concerns These materials will help me to encourage my students to share their feelings and work through their complex issues.
