This project is to get a laptop that can help me teach effectively in this new virtual learning environment. If I were in my classroom, I would figure out ways to intervene face to face, but in these times, I've had to learn new technology ways to get through to my students. Unfortunately, the computer that has been provided does not support everything that I would like to do for my students. I will introduce literacy and math activities and lessons that will support the foundationl skills they need during this crucial developmental learning age. When we go back into the classroom, I can't wait to use old strategies paired with new technology to be the most effective teacher I can be. I want to set strong foundations for students who might not have the chance to be great learners.
