When I interviewed for this position I was told I would be building up the program from scratch. It was revealed to me that the track and field program has no equipment . So, I have started looking everywhere for everything. These materials will impact my athletes in such a positive way and motivate them to be their best. All of these material will help build us up in a great program. We are building from the ground up and any little thing will help us out. I know I will appreciate all the help I can get and my athletes will be so appreciative as well.
