Scholastic Foreign Language Magazines meet the Standards for Foreign Language Learning, and assist in building my students’ fluency and confidence by immersing them in the language they’re studying. Each issue features articles on real teens, fascinating traditions, and pop culture trends in countries where the language that I teach is spoken. Best of all, each title is specifically designed for my students’ proficiency level and to help me meet foreign language standards. In level I, students are introduced to the language and culture as they learn to reproduce the language and build vocabulary. In level II, students are reinforced in reading, grammar, writing, and comprehension skills for readers with one or more years of language study.
