In order to target academic deficits, my classroom includes a lot of small groups. Right now, I don't have a table where the students can sit around me and I can effectively engage with everyone at the table. The table on this list will provide a tool for more effective small groups! My students are mostly below grade level in reading or math. I am specifically trying to instill a love for reading in my students so these deficits can decrease and a love for reading will increase! My students learn differently than most, but I'm working to build a classroom where that doesn't hold them back from reaching their goals!
