Having a complete set of pocket microscopes will help students to discover the wonders of nature in familiar things, like a simple leaf or a drop of water. Students will have Science field trips right in the school's back yard. There is no book, tablet, or even a laboratory sample that can substitute the real-world experience of being in direct contact with nature. Having a complete set of pocket microscopes will leave no student behind, waiting for his/her turn to use the instrument. Students will learn through several senses: visual, tactile, smell, and even by hearing during their field investigations. When returning to the classroom students can write about their experiences, and read to extend their knowledge about what they found, including new science vocabulary. Remote learning students can explore and discover nature in their own backyard and complete Science projects that can at the same time enhance their reading and writing abilities.
