My students flourish when they have the opportunity to share their work and learning experiences with each other through class presentations. I am a math and science teacher and I like to use a document camera to present lessons because my paper looks like their paper. This allows them to have good examples when they are working independently. I love to put my students in the teacher seat by allowing them to bring their work up and place it under the document camera to present to the class. They get the chance to walk through the steps verbally, which allows for more concrete learning.
