I have students in my room and students learning remotely. When I share my screen with students at home and in school, I need sound for both students when I share my Team meetings and history videos. Without speakers I have to rely on the speakers on my laptop which are not loud enough for my students. Teaching History to 8th graders I have found that using videos not only enriches my lessons but keeps the students engaged in the lesson. This ultimately increases their content knowledge of what I am teaching them.
