Research shows that comprehensible input allows students to really learn and absorb a foreign language. Instead of memorizing words lists, students focus on using and understanding high frequency vocabulary that is frequently used in real life. I would love to be able to buy SOMOS flex plans as well as other CI materials and stories to use during class with these Teacher Pay Teacher gift cards. The SOMOS program would greatly helped me with teaching during the pandemic because the SOMOS Flex includes materials that cover the same topic whether I am teaching online or in person. This will also be useful after the pandemic because our students all have Chromebooks now, and they would be able to continue to use these materials in the future.
