Having a second monitor during virtual instruction will have a positive impact on both my teaching and student learning. When I share my screen with my 17 students during a virtual lesson, I can only see 8 students at a time. An additional monitor will allow me to teach my virtual lessons and be able to observe all my students while they are learning. It will enable me to immediately see everyones expressions, written responses and accurately check for understanding. This information will help me deliver lessons that meet their needs and help make virtual learning a valuable learning experience.
