As a counselor, I am delivering lessons on postsecondary planning, mental health awareness, stress relief, how to deal with remote learning, social emotional leaning and academic achievement. These lessons are part of our school counseling program to help all students. We use lessons in Naviance to help students complete Individual Learning Plans and ADAP - adolescent depression awareness program. These are some of the lessons delivered by counselors in the regular brick and mortar building and trying this in the remote setting definitely has our challenges. This monitor will help me deliver these lessons more effectively as the more confident I feel being able to see my students will help me deliver a smooth lesson.
