The Reflection Station will be a place in the classroom where students can visit at any point in the day as needed. The beanbag chair gives them a comfortable place to sit when they need time to reflect and regroup before rejoining the group. Materials will be provided in the calming area so that students can choose items needed to help them with the calming process in a timely manner. Students will also be able to listen to calming music on a cd to help them relax and regain focus.
