Students will use dry erase boards and markers to share their thinking in our Google Meets. It is a quick check for understanding versus when we are in person, I am easily able to see all of my students facial expressions and reactions. Additionally, having whiteboards and dry erase will encourage students to turn on their camera. We will use post it notes and the novel, All American Boys, to read as a class and to jot down ideas and feelings that connect not only with the text, but with the current reality that our student population is facing!

About my class
