Teaching Life Science to 8th graders is much easier when the students are engaged and able to relate to real-life experiences. Posters hanging on the classroom walls is a method teachers have used for centuries. I want to bring posters to life by streaming live broadcasts from around the planet on televisions that will replace my posters. I currently have a poster of North American songbirds hanging in my room. Imagine replacing it with a television that is streaming a live video of a bird feeder from Cornell University!!
