Due to COVID restrictions, my students are learning in a hybrid model this school year. We have all been making the best of this challenging time. To ensure safety, we are having to find new ways to engage in learning. Whiteboards will allow both my face-to-face students and my students at home to actively participate in my lesson. By gettting students to "show their answers" I can better give students feedback thoughout my lesson. The headphones with mics will be used for assignments on the computer. As my students are only beginning to read and write, many of the assignments ask them to record themselves reading. Without the microphones it is very hard to understand what they are reading in order to support their learning.
