These are Covid-19 times, and teaching with a mask and face shields are "new normals". I am a school nurse in an elementary school, and I see my teachers struggling to speak and be heard clearly by their students. The children who are virtual have a hard time hearing the teacher if the teacher walks away from the computer and on the other hand, the face to face students also have a difficult time hearing if the teacher stays in front of the computer. These voice amplifiers will raise the tone, clarity, and sound in the teachers voice so that every student can understand what the teacher is saying. It is so important for the children to hear the teachers words correctly so that there is not a breakdown in the children's education, especially in reading. Can you imagine how many mistakes that the students can learn by mistakenly hearing an incorrect letter in the English and the bilingual languages Also, it will help save the voice of the teachers!
