Many of my students are under a lot of stress and pressure. These materials would be a motivation that shines a light on their hard work and effort. Mental health and isolation have torn many of these young adults from their focus of what is important and what is real. Through 3 tiers, I will award students for their perseverance and resilience in these unprecedented times. One, the student with the highest grade. Two, the student with the most participation. Three, the student with the most improved grade from last semester.
