My students have adjusted well to virtual learning. One app that they have used quite a bit during the pandemic is Boom Learning. These are digital task cards that students can use on an iPad or any device, though most of my students were using their personal iPads at home during distance learning. It allows students to practice skills in a fun and independent way. As we transition to a hybrid model and hopefully back to school, I would like my students to continue utilizing this app regularly in the classroom. An iPad is the easiest device to use this app. By having iPads available for my students, they will be able to continue using the app they have excelled on in distance learning without having to share a device. Being socially distant is great!!
