Nearpod will help make my lessons interactive not only virtually, but in the classroom. I will be able to create interactive presentations that can contain quizzes, polls, videos, and Collaborate Boards. Student engagement is very crucial to my lessons. It also provides the opportunity to give instant and immediate feedback to my students. Nearpods also are an easy way to check in with my students that may need that extra help, while the rest of the class continues in the lesson. It helps me to go over class answers and common misconceptions while taking the embarrassment or competitive nature out of it. Nearpod also gives my students over 25 interactive activities to keep the engagement going throughout the lessons.
