Our 5th grade Special Education and 504 students have a love for learning but need a different way to stay engaged. They are eager to learn but feel like they fall behind others in the general education classroom. They work SO hard to keep up but need it presented a little differently or on repeated occasions. Getting tablets will increase engagement while growing the love they still have for learning. This will increase their absorption of new ideas while showing them learning can be fun through online programs such as Brainzy which uses a game-based learning platform. They will be learning 99% of the time which will improve engagement while so much FUN. They will LOVE it and not even know they are learning.
