I teach math and science to ninety-three 7th graders in rural North Carolina. My students love to learn through hands-on experiments and real life activities. Although they work very hard at their seats when necessary (see picture), I try to make learning as much fun as possible. But most importantly, adolescents stay engaged and understand more when they get to actually DO the math and science!
