Help my students stay engaged and interested during their speech and language therapy sessions. Because I serve a wide range of ages and skill levels, it is important that our speech room has materials that will appeal to students with a variety of interests and abilities. As our district returns to in-person learning, our therapy room needs to have materials that are easy to clean and sanitize. Materials like Story Cubes, Legos, and Mr. Potato head are fun for students and easy to wipe down. This is my first year as a Speech-Language Pathologist. In creating this list of materials and games, I asked other SLPs for suggestions based on their student's favorite games. With these suggestions I curated this list of games that will be perfect for my current caseload.
