My goal is to contribute to the children's ability to enjoy planting, eating, what they've grown but also to work together for a common purpose. These garden books will provide a visual in the classroom but also for those at home. My purpose is to encourage them to start gardening at home with simple methods, increase their interest in the environment. I've made smoothies, soup, and breakfast with what has grown in our garden. They've enjoyed cutting the vegetables and watch it being prepared right in the garden as growers and preparers.
