The monitor that I have selected will help my students by allowing me to see their faces and expressions while teaching a lesson remotely and sharing my other computer screen with them. Some students don't want to shout out that they need help or don't quite understand. A second monitor to see their faces will allow more non-verbal communication that I can react to just as I would if we were face to face. This will be extremely beneficial for students that are already being cheated out of so much due to the pandemic. I have witnessed often how not being able to see their faces has caused communication gaps during remote learning. I know a monitor will positively affect my students' work and demeanor and hope that this simple fix will help them to grow as students even more!
