Each student has a different pathway to their fabulous future. The students need the ability to listen to individual career video presentations simultaneously while in class. With 24-35 students in each class listening without earbuds is impossible. Individualizing allows the students to learn more about a career of their choice instead of everyone dong the same thing. Many students started the year with earbuds but due to multiple issues they are in need of new ones. The students will take the earbuds home to use for virtual learning as needed.
