Most of my students live in poverty and need support from their community in more ways than one. I work at a title one school where resources can be limited. Theses materials will help students learn at school as well as at home if virtual learning needs to continue. These math manipulatives will help students grasp concepts that can only be learned hands-on! Learning during a pandemic can be tough! These materials will make learning fun and engaging for students! As teachers we are having to think outside the box more than usual this year. I believe these supplies will help boost learning and confidence to help bridge the gap this year has created.
