Beginning a yoga practice is scary at first, but, can have a distinct impact on both physical and mental well being. I know that that yoga will make a difference in our students' lives. With the school year looking as it as never before, we need to be able to equip our students with skills to help manage their emotions. These yoga sessions will not only help students become stronger physically, but they will become more in control both mentally and emotionally. These tools will help them navigate this unforeseeable school year but help them in the future. Please help us bring this yoga instructor into our school to help our students continue their journey toward stronger, happier, healthier lives. Thank you!
