Having these books in class will really help my students because we will be able to read and follow along while someone else reads. This will help with the students comprehension and their reading fluency. Reading is a foundational skill and being able to have enough books for the class will greatly enhance their access to reading material and support them in becoming better readers. Students with disabilities need extra supports and supplies to help them to succeed at the same level as their peers. Having books in class will help as we focus on comprehension and looking for context clues.
