Our school has a hybrid format this year due to COVID. Our students come to school for 2 face-to-face days each week and work remotely the other 3 days. We have found that students who attend their face-to-face days are significantly more successful than students who do not. Our plan for 2nd semester is to place these carts around the school and offer students snacks and other incentives. Students will earn the incentives when they attend both of their face-to-face days each week. We are striving to make school more enjoyable and engaging during this stressful time. Snacks and other incentives boost student morale and help keep them engaged in learning during this time.
