While these items may seem like a luxury to most, they can be very useful and necessary for a first year college student to feel comfortable in their new environment. Air pods are great for students who have long walks across campus to class, they can be used to ease stress by listening to music or to catch up on classwork by listening to lectures and even to learn new things by listening to podcasts all on the go! Having a dorm room that makes you feel at home is essential to a great first year at college. Most dorms only come with the essentials, a bed, closet and desk. A small tv is a great accessory to have in a dorm room because it gives you the ability to unwind and relax at the end of a long day of classes. Printers are so very necessary for college students with the amount of school work and papers you have to submit! Most students like to have friends over so a nice bean bag gives their guests a more comfortable way of sharing space. Lastly, most students have been using the same backpack for years and almost all new college students have laptops so I would like to offer a few students these multi-faceted backpacks so they can keep their books and electronics together and safe!
