Funding of this project would allow me to be prepared to attend professional development meetings. I am asking for these resource materials, because they will allow me to be better prepared when attending meeting whether they are at the school or online virtually. With the coronavirus pandemic, virtual professional development sessions became the norm. Social distancing guidelines pushed many districts to deliver PD's online to support educators and help them manage their classroom. Delivering PD virtually requires strategic planning from my school's instructional coaches or IT teams. Additionally, I would like to provide other classroom resources for elementary children so that my students are able to picture themselves being successful and shaping their own futures. The goal of this project is to establish a culture of flexibility, management for teaching, and accomplishments in my school.
