I demonstrate most of the programs I use and teach to the students. Includes AutoDesk Fusion 360, a computer Laser engraver, a metal Plasma Cutter. and a Shark CNC Router. The students get some key experiences they can move on to as a career or hobby. I use this computer, that is now 8 years old, to demonstrate the programs and teach them how they operate, I have them design on their own DELL PC after which we take the files to manufacture them on our machines. We have written grants or asked for donations for all the machines we have, and now I need a new computer. The district has spent their technology budget on Chromebooks for the students in case we need to go virtual because of the Pandemic.
