Majority of my school's populations are visuals and auditory learners. My school was able to cater to students needs by giving each student a Chromebook, in total of 270. To cater to our students' auditory learning needs we issued headphone. However, some of the headphones weren't in perfect condition. We would love to replace those with working ones. Students use headphones not only to minimize distractions, but it also encourages them to pay attention and interact with their teachers. During remote learning, teachers incorporate the use of headphones in their classrooms to help students to listen to audio versions of the novels read in class. When we differentiate our lessons we used audio visuals so that students can visualized and listen context. With the diverse learners in the school these headphones would be more beneficial and ergonomic than regular headphones for students with special needs.
